Michael and Stephanie met back in February 2017 when Michael was three years into his burgeoning soccer-fitness concept. A former Major League Soccer Player, Michael left the game at the age of 30 and couldn’t find anything in the real world that resonated with his love for team and his love for the game. So, sphere was born. Stephanie worked intimately with Micheal to build out a website that would not only communicate Michael’s vision for the brand but also integrate with ZingFit, an online scheduling software designed specifically for fitness concepts. Stephanie utilized her knowledge from her work as the general manager at Betsy’s Hot Yoga Louisville to implement key systems and processes for success of the first sphere brick-and-mortar location in Houston, Texas. She trained personnel to operate the backend system, worked with the finance team to develop key performance indicators for tracking growth, and organized the overall business framework to set the brand up for higher levels of success. In addition, Stephanie established sphere on all digital platforms (Google, Apple, Yelp, etc.) and integrated all the necessary technology to track audiences, conversions, and ad analytics.
