MARKETING

MARKETING

It takes a customer seven touches on a product or service in order to make a purchase.

Great marketing does not mean constant selling.

Because social media and email marketing and blogging and digital advertising cannot be a constant barrage of buying requests. Brand awareness and loyalty are about much more than advertising discounts. We build custom packages to meet your budgets so that you can create a solid foundation for growth.

NAME: Pete Whitehead
BRAND: Stonesthrow Residences
SERVICES: discovery, website design, SEO, platform development, copywriting, blogging, digital advertising

When we met Pete, he was working hard on a new apartment and townhome complex in Meridian – a city that had recently been deemed the fastest-growing in Idaho behind Boise. While a property management company was set to take over the complex, Pete was in a crunch to get the community to max capacity so his company could start seeing a more immediate return on its investment. We worked together to build out a website with quality imagery and optimized the site for searches within the area. Once the site was up and running, we focused our efforts on creating a Facebook business page and utilized the Facebook Pixel to run targeted ads via blogs (using titles that were relevant to the winning audiences from our ads). Within three months we were able to hit the desired occupancy threshold and pass off the community to the management company.

“We are confident that we will hit our occupancy threshold at The Cottages by the end of the month and your efforts with the website, marketing, branding, and content were valuable in pursuit of that benchmark. We are appreciative of your competence, professionalism, and creativity and would definitely like to stay in touch for future opportunities. We are beginning to search for our next project and once we have found something, there will be a need for us to utilize your skill set again. Thank you, Steph. I enjoyed working with you and look forward to reconnecting down the road.”
